HOMEFUND COMMISSIONER ACT 1993 - SECT 29
Consents to determinations
(1) Consent may, for the purposes of this Part, be given generally, for
classes of cases or for specific cases.
(2) The borrower to whom a proposed
determination applies need not give consent until the terms of the proposed
determination have been communicated to the borrower.
(3) Once given, consent
is irrevocable, unless the Commissioner authorises withdrawal of consent where
the Commissioner is of the opinion that special circumstances exist.
(4) The
Commissioner may establish procedures for seeking and recording consents.
