Complaints about holders of authorities
58 Complaints about holders of authorities
(1) A complaint may be made to the Secretary by any person about the holder of
an authority on any of the grounds set out in this Division for taking
disciplinary action against the holder of the authority.
(2) A complaint must
be in writing in a form approved by the Secretary.
