"complainant" means a person who has notified the Director-General of a
building dispute under section 48C.
"contractor" means the holder of a contractor licence to whom a
building dispute relates.
"inspector" means a person appointed to carry out an investigation into a
building dispute, as referred to in section 48D.
"kit home supplier" -see section 16C.
"rectification order" means an order referred to in section 48E (1) or (2).
