HOME BUILDING ACT 1989 - SECT 16C

16C Application of requirements for contracts

(1) Sections 16D-16DE apply to a contract under which a person (a "kit home supplier") undertakes:

(a) to supply, in person, or by others, a kit home, or

(b) to vary any such undertaking previously made.

(2) Section 16D (5) does not apply to a contract referred to in subsection (1) (b).
