New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsShould the Director-General cause a report under this Part to be made available to the applicant for it, the Director-General is not liable, for anything included in or omitted from the report:
(a) to anyone other than the applicant, or
(b) to the applicant, if each of the Department of Fair Trading’s staff involved in the inspection or preparation of the report acted in good faith, with reasonable care and in accordance with the conditions specified in the application and on which the report was made.
