118 Rejection of applications
(1) The Secretary may reject an application for an inspection and report for
any reason the Secretary thinks fit.
(2) The Secretary is to be taken to have
rejected an application if the Secretary fails to make the report applied for
available by--
(a) the time notified to the applicant under subsection (3), or
(b) if the applicant agrees with the Secretary on a later time, that time.
(3) When the Secretary receives an application, the Secretary is to cause the
applicant to be notified of the time by which the report should be available.
