Delegation
103ZC Delegation
(1) The Guarantee Corporation may delegate to an authorised person any of the
functions of the Guarantee Corporation (other than this power of delegation).
(2) In this section--
"authorised person" means-- (a) a member of staff of Insurance and Care NSW,
or
(b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of
this section by the regulations.
