Indemnity payments after insolvent insurer dissolved
103O Indemnity payments after insolvent insurer dissolved
(1) The indemnity provided by this Division continues despite the dissolution
of the insolvent insurer.
(2) In that case, the provisions of this Part apply
as if the insurer had not been dissolved.
