New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf the Trust acquires, disposes of or otherwise deals with property:
(a) a vendor, purchaser, mortgagee, lessee or other person who is a party to any such dealing, and
(b) the Registrar-General or any other person registering or certifying title to the property,do not have to inquire whether the Trust has power to so deal with the property and are not affected by notice that the Trust does not have such power.
