New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsA person who is or was a member of a RCA team must not make a record of, or divulge or communicate to any person, any information acquired by the person as such a member, except:
(a) for the purpose of exercising the functions of a member, or
(b) for the purposes of any recommendation of a RCA team, or
(c) for the purposes of any report prepared by a RCA team under section 20O (3), or
(d) in accordance with the regulations.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
