"Committee" means the Medical Services Committee established under section
20B.
"legislation" means legislation of New South Wales, and includes regulations
or by-laws made under any Act.
"patient" means a patient or prospective patient of a medical practitioner or
of a hospital.
"subcommittee" means a subcommittee of the Committee.
