HOUSING ACT 2001 - SECT 56
Grant of rental rebate
56 Grant of rental rebate
(1) The Corporation may, after making an investigation under section 58, grant
to an applicant a weekly rebate of rental.
(2) The amount of rebate is to be
determined by the Corporation in accordance with guidelines approved by the
Minister.
