(1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the maximum periods for repayment by instalments of advances and money expended by the Corporation under this Division.
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the regulations may prescribe different periods of time in respect of different buildings having regard to the materials of which they are constructed.
