(1) The Corporation may enter into an arrangement or agreement with any public authority that:(a) the public authority is to act as agent of the Corporation for the purposes of this Act, or(b) the Corporation is to act as agent of the public authority for the purposes of this Act,on such terms and conditions as are agreed on between the Corporation and the public authority.
(2) Despite anything in any other Act, any public authority is authorised and empowered to enter into arrangements or agreements referred to in subsection (1) and may do or suffer anything necessary or expedient for carrying out any such arrangements or agreements.
