GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 9

9 Vesting of extensions of Government network infrastructure made by the Authority

(1) The Minister may, by order in writing, vest in the Authority any addition to the infrastructure of the Government telecommunications network that is carried out by or on behalf of the Authority.

(2) When any such order takes effect, the additional infrastructure becomes part of the Government telecommunications network and is vested by this Act in the Authority.
