GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 6

6 Boundary of network infrastructure that may be vested

(1) That part of the infrastructure of the telecommunications network of a Government agency that is beyond the boundaries of that network may not be vested in the Authority under this Act unless:

(a) the Government agency consents, or

(b) it is necessary to do so in order to connect 2 separate telecommunications networks.

(2) For the purposes of this section, the boundaries of a telecommunications network are to be determined in accordance with Division 2 of Part 2 of the Telecommunications Act 1991 of the Commonwealth.
