GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 35

35 Managing Director to manage and control affairs of the Authority

(1) The affairs of the Authority are to be managed and controlled by the Managing Director in accordance with the policies determined by the Board, but subject to any directions of the Minister under this Act.

(2) Any act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Authority by the Managing Director is taken to have been done by the Authority.
