GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 25

25 Authority entitled to charge for use of Government network

(1) Government agencies which use the Government telecommunications network are required to pay to the Authority such charges as the Authority determines.

(2) The charges are not to exceed the maximum charges fixed by the Minister with the approval of the Treasurer.
