GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 20

20 Management agreement for Government network

(1) The Minister may, on behalf of the Government of the State and the Authority, enter into contracts or arrangements for the management by any person or body of communications on the Government telecommunications network.

(2) The Minister is not entitled to exclude any particular person or body from any request for expressions of interest in connection with a contract or arrangement under this section.
