GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 16

16 Compensation for vesting of designated land

(1) Compensation is not payable to a Government agency in respect of any land that is vested in the Authority under this Act.

(2) Compensation is payable to any person (other than a Government agency) for any interest of the person in land that is extinguished or diminished by any such vesting. The compensation is to be determined as if the land had been acquired by compulsory process in accordance with the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 .
