GOVERNMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 14

14 Vesting of designated land in the Authority

(1) All the land which is for the time being a part of designated land is vested by this Act in the Authority. The Authority has a single freehold title to all the land so vested.

(2) When any such land is so vested, the land is freed and discharged from all estates, interests, trusts, restrictions, dedications, reservations, easements, rights, charges, rates and contracts in, over or in connection with the land.
