New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Colonial Treasurer shall, by virtue of warrants under the Governor’s hand (which the Governor is hereby authorized to issue), pay out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, such sums of money as shall be found necessary to provide compensation for the lands resumed under this Act, the cost of forming the street hereinbefore authorized, and all other expenses connected therewith. Provided always that the proceeds of sale of any portion of the lands so resumed, or by this Act authorized to be sold, and of any buildings or material now being thereon, and the rents derived from the leasing of any portion of such lands or buildings erected thereon shall be paid over to the said Treasurer, and by him be carried to the credit of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
