New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhenever the Trust acquires, disposes of or otherwise deals with property it is not necessary for:
(a) the other party or parties to the transaction, or
(b) the Registrar-General or any other person registering or certifying title to the property,to inquire whether the Trust has power to acquire, dispose of or otherwise deal with the property and none of those persons is affected by notice that the Trust has no such power.
