Counsellors to the board
6 Counsellors to the board
(1) The board may, by instrument in writing, appoint counsellors to advise it
on matters within its powers and functions.
(2) The appointment of a
counsellor shall be for such purpose or for such period as may be specified in
the instrument by which he or she is appointed.
(3) Each counsellor shall be
entitled to receive such travelling expenses as the Minister may determine.
