New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsDespite anything in the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 , the Unlawful Gambling Act 1998 or any other Act or law (other than this Act), it is lawful:
(a) to keep or operate an approved gaming machine in a hotel or on the premises of a registered club, and
(b) to pay or present prizes and bonuses won as a direct or indirect consequence of operating the approved gaming machine,if the approved gaming machine is kept or operated, and the prizes and bonuses are paid or presented, in accordance with this Act.
