Note : Section 115B of the Casino Control Act 1992 provides that a payment
under this section into the Responsible Gambling Fund is to be applied for
such purposes as the Minister determines for the benefit of local communities
in which gaming machine thresholds for venues have increased.
(4) The levy is
payable at the time of the application for the Authority's approval of the
lease (for which purpose the proposed lessee is considered to be the lessee)
or in accordance with such other arrangements as the Authority may approve.
(5) A levy paid under this section in respect of a lease is not refundable on
account of early termination of the lease.
