GAMING MACHINES ACT 2001 - SECT 14
Restrictions on number of gaming machine entitlements and permits held
(1) The number of gaming machine entitlements held under this Act in respect
of hotel and club licences cannot exceed the overall State cap.
(2) The
number of gaming machine entitlements held in respect of a club licence cannot
exceed the gaming machine threshold for the club premises.
(3) The number of
gaming machine entitlements and permits held in respect of a hotel licence
cannot exceed the gaming machine threshold for the hotel.
