GAS INDUSTRY RESTRUCTURING ACT 1986 - SECT 75

75 Stamp duty

Stamp duty is not chargeable for or in respect of:

(a) a transfer effected by a section 72 order, or

(b) anything certified by the Minister as having been done in consequence of such a transfer.
