Minister may obtain expert advice concerning prohibited shareholdings
56 Minister may obtain expert advice concerning prohibited shareholdings
(1)
The Minister may obtain advice from any person or body that the Minister
considers has relevant expertise to assist the Minister in exercising a
function under this Part.
(2) The Minister may take any such advice into
account in exercising a function under this Part.
