Constitution of the Institute
4 Constitution of the Institute
(1) There is hereby constituted a corporation with the corporate name
“Garvan Institute of Medical Research”.
(2) The Institute shall have and
may exercise the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under this or any
other Act.
