GOVERNMENT INSURANCE OFFICE (PRIVATISATION) ACT 1991 - SECT 26
Self Insurance Corporation etc may sell excluded undertaking or retain it
(1) The Self Insurance Corporation or any other person to whom any
excluded undertaking is transferred may: (a) sell or otherwise dispose of the
whole or any part of the excluded undertaking, or
(b) retain the whole or any
part of the excluded undertaking and conduct any business to which it relates.
(2) The Minister may, for the purposes of any such sale or other disposal,
direct by order in writing that the excluded undertaking concerned be
transferred to the body or person to whom it is being sold or otherwise
disposed of.
(3) Part 8 applies to an order under this section.
