GOVERNMENT INSURANCE OFFICE (PRIVATISATION) ACT 1991 - SECT 20
Minister may direct transfer of parts of GIO business undertaking to GIO subsidiary
(1) The Minister may, by order in writing, direct that any part or parts of
GIO’s business undertaking be transferred to a GIO subsidiary or GIO
subsidiaries specified in the order.
(2) Part 8 applies to an order under
this section.
