GOVERNMENT INFORMATION (PUBLIC ACCESS) ACT 2009 - SECT 81

81 Extended review period where more than one decision made

When more than one reviewable decision is made in respect of a particular access application and those decisions are made at different times, the period (
"the review period" ) within which a person may apply for a review under this Part of any of those decisions is extended to the end of the review period for the last of those decisions.
