New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny person who contravenes or fails to comply with any special condition attached to land by the operation of this Act, shall be liable, upon summary conviction, to a penalty not exceeding forty dollars, and where the contravention or failure is a continuing one, to a penalty not exceeding four dollars for each day during which such contravention or failure continues.
