GOVERNMENT AND RELATED EMPLOYEES APPEAL TRIBUNAL ACT 1980 - SECT 5
The Tribunal
(1) There shall be a Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal.
(2)
Subject to this Act, the members of the Tribunal are the Senior Chairperson,
the Chairpersons and the persons for the time being nominated in accordance
with this Act as employers’ representatives and employees’
representatives.
