GOVERNMENT AND RELATED EMPLOYEES APPEAL TRIBUNAL ACT 1980 - SECT 10
Chairperson
(1) The Governor may appoint one or more qualified persons to be a Chairperson
of the Tribunal or Chairpersons of the Tribunal.
(2) A person is qualified to
be appointed as a Chairperson if the person has, in the opinion of the
Governor, suitable qualifications and experience to enable the person properly
to perform the functions of a Chairperson.
