Membership and procedure of Advisory Board
8 Membership and procedure of Advisory Board
(1) The Advisory Board is to consist of not more than 8 members appointed by
the Minister.
(2) The persons appointed as members of the Advisory Board--
(a) are to include representatives of regional New South Wales, and
(b) are
to be persons who together have expertise, skill or knowledge in the areas of
pest management, wildlife, veterinary science, hunting, education and
community engagement.
(3) The regulations may make provision for or with
respect to the appointment of persons as members of the Advisory Board.
(4)
Schedule 1 contains provisions with respect to the members and procedure of
the Advisory Board.
