Meaning of “commemorative day”
4A Meaning of “commemorative day”
(1) The regulations may prescribe a day or part of a day to be a
"commemorative day" for the purposes of this Act.
(2) However, a
commemorative day cannot include any part of 11 November (in any year) that is
before 12 noon on that day.
