GUARDIANSHIP ACT 1987 - SECT 80
Reports
80 Reports
(1) The Public Guardian shall submit to the Minister, at such times and in
respect of such periods as the Minister directs, reports on the work and
activities of the Public Guardian.
(2) A report shall deal with such matters
as the Minister directs and with such other matters as the Public Guardian
considers appropriate to include in the report.
