GUARDIANSHIP ACT 1987 - SECT 51

51 Composition of the Tribunal

(1) For the purposes of exercising its functions the Tribunal is to be constituted by no fewer than 3 and no more than 5 of its members of whom:

(a) at least 1 is a legal member, and

(b) at least 1 is a professional member, and

(c) at least 1 is a community member.

(2) The President of the Tribunal shall nominate the persons to constitute the Tribunal for the purposes of any particular sitting.
