(1) The Tribunal may specify in
a guardianship order that an assessment of the person the subject of the
order, and of the operation of the order in respect of the person, is to be
made, by or on behalf of the Tribunal, at a specified time during the currency
of the order.
(2) The Tribunal is to cause any such required assessment to be
made as specified.
