(b) another specified person or a person
of a specified class of persons, or
(c) a person authorised by the guardian
(the
"authorised person" ),
is empowered to take such measures or actions as are
specified in the order so as to ensure that the person under guardianship
complies with any decision of the guardian in the exercise of the guardian's
functions.
(2) If a person referred to in subsection (1) (a), (b) or (c)
takes any measure or action specified in the order in the reasonable belief
that:
(a) he or she is empowered by the guardianship order to take the measure
or action, and
