Service of applications
10 Service of applications
(1) The applicant for a guardianship order in respect of a person must, as
soon as practicable after the application has been made, cause a copy of the
application to be served on each party (other than the applicant) to the
proceedings before the Tribunal in respect of the application.
(1A) The copy
of the application so served must be endorsed with a notice specifying the
time, date and place set down for hearing the application.
(2) Failure to
serve a copy of an application in accordance with this section does not
vitiate the decision of the Tribunal on the application.
