FARM WATER SUPPLIES ACT 1946 - SECT 18
Regulations
18 Regulations
(1) The Governor may make regulations not inconsistent with this Act
prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or permitted to be
prescribed, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
this Act into effect, and may by such regulations impose a penalty not
exceeding 5 penalty units for any breach thereof.
