Disqualified person must not carry out commercial agent activity
60B Disqualified person must not carry out commercial agent activity
(1) A
person must not carry out a commercial agent activity if the person is a
disqualified person.
(2) A person that is a corporation must not carry out a
commercial agent activity if an officer of the corporation is a disqualified
person.
: Maximum penalty--1,000 penalty units (in the case of a corporation)
or 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both (in the case of an
individual).
