Delegation of AFIC’s powers
19 Delegation of AFIC’s powers
(1) AFIC’s board may delegate any of AFIC’s powers under section 18 to an
appropriately qualified employee of AFIC.
(2) In subsection (1),
"appropriately qualified" has the same meaning as in the
Financial Sector Reform (Queensland) Act 1999 of Queensland.
