New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe following provisions of the State Owned Corporations Act 1989 apply to the sale company as if it were a State owned corporation (with or without any modification prescribed by the regulations):
(a) such of the provisions of Part 4 (Accountability) as are prescribed by the regulations,
(b) section 20R (Memorandum and articles of subsidiaries) but only in relation to the provisions contained in clauses 2 and 3 (2) of Part 2 of Schedule 7 to that Act,
(c) section 36 (Application of other Acts),
(d) any other provision prescribed by the regulations.
