Omit the section.

[37] Schedule 7, clause 12A

Insert after clause 12:

12A Repeal of section 106 Any annual contribution that was payable under section 106, immediately before its repeal by the Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006 , remains payable despite the repeal of that section.
