"designated fishing activity" means a fishing activity described in Schedule
1A.
"EPA Act" means the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 .
"fishing activity" includes any activity that may be the subject of
environmental assessment under Division 5 of Part 5 of the EPA Act.
"fishing regulatory controls" has the same meaning it has in Division 5 of
Part 5 of the EPA Act.
