43 Consultation with industry
(1) The Minister is required to consult relevant commercial fishing industry
bodies about which fisheries should become share management fisheries.
(2)
The Minister is also required to consult relevant commercial fishing industry
bodies before a fishery ceases to be a share management fishery.
